USEP aims to build a connection for students with disability between university and graduate employment through timely and appropriate employment service supports. It is based on an environment that fosters high expectations and high-quality employers for graduates with disability.

The cross-training that occurs from the co-location of the USEP consultants on campus and their involvement in university activities will promote strong linkages between the university and external services that is the university staff involved in USEP are upskilled and supporting students with disability in an employment setting.
