Becoming an Employer Partner
Are you an employer in Australia looking to hire graduates with disability to enhance your organisation? Get in touch with us directly to find out how to streamline the recruitment process and get your vacancy in front of upcoming graduates at trial locations.
We are (in pilot phase, as a trial with possibility of extension) offering this consultative service to employers at no cost, to build a best practice model to ensure employers and graduates with disability connect.
As a part of the pilot, we are looking for hosts for work experience for upcoming graduates in their final year, internships, and mentor relationships across many disciplines. USEP works proactively with existing national programs and services to ensure your business is introduced to the best support available as you work toward increasing organisational capability and diversity.
There are no restrictions on business size, and USEP will engage with businesses from small to multinational, including state governments & federal departments.
The world continues to look for the organisations who lead the way when it comes to employing a diverse and capable workforce to meet the demands of the world we live in. Hiring graduates with disability makes great business sense – consider: your organisation builds and delivers services or products to a world where one in five people have a disability. Does your workplace reflect your client base? The answer for most is – not yet.
