Graduates with disability – here’s a list of disability confident graduate programs for you to have a look at. There are many programs which make support for graduates with disability a priority, and some of these programs are featured here.

For example, many programs make use of the RecruitAbility scheme which allows participants to be invited to participate in further assessment for a vacancy if the graduate chooses to disclose they have a disability at the time of their application. They must also meet the minimum requirements for the role. GradAccess is also a centralised application system for applicants with disability to apply for roles, through the Australia Public Service Commission.
